The Customer Service Specialist's main role is to ensure that Beard & Blade delivers a smooth and consistent customer experience across all touch-points throughout the customer’s visit. You will assist barbers and other shop staff with everything from shampooing hair to sweeping floors, as well as playing an important role in interacting with clients.
You may be tasked with greeting customers as they enter the salon, answering any questions they have about services or products, scheduling appointments, checking out payment information, etc. all with the main objective of creating an unmatched and unparalleled grooming experience.
