This individual will play a crucial role in driving sales performance, mentoring agents, and ensuring that our team consistently meets and exceeds sales targets. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in real estate sales, strong leadership skills, and a passion for training and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Provide regular training sessions for agents to enhance their skills and stay updated on market trends and regulations.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, offering guidance and support to help agents reach their full potential.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top-performing agents.
- Foster a positive and motivated work environment that encourages collaboration and growth.
- Act as a resource for agents on complex transactions and client interactions.
