Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accurate records.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Maintain guest accounts and process payments accurately.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are reconciled.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality by anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations.
- Utilize phone etiquette to manage incoming calls professionally, directing them to appropriate departments as necessary.
- Assist in managing reservations through hotel management software, ensuring accuracy in bookings.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
