Duties
- Greet and check in guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications through various systems.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
- Assist with phone calls, ensuring excellent phone etiquette at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs.
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality management throughout all interactions.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages (bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus).
- Proficient in front desk operations and familiarity with reservation systems.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
