We provide clinic based, in-home and telehealth ABA services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. As a Board Certified Behavior Consultant (BCBA) or Behavior Consultant, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. Providing services throughout Oakland County, Wayne County and Washtenaw County. We have centers located in Farmington Hills and Westland, MI.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties
- Candidate must be able to perform applied behavior analysis requirements according to the BACB and all other pertinent compliance and regulatory agencies including but not limited to the State of Michigan Licensing, Local County agencies.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst / Behavior Consultant will;
- Complete behavioral assessment related to identifying behaviors and their functions as they relate to behavior problems.
- Develops interventions based on assessment findings.
- Works directly with the patient and/or family on the implementation of the behavior plan developed for the patient.
- May travel to off-site locations.
- Participates in and presents educational seminars for the Autism Center and outside agencies on a variety of topics related to Applied Behavior Analysis and treatments related to autism.
- Maintain appointments to maintain a full caseload.
- Work closely with administration to complete all administrative requirements for organization development and billing.
- Provide parent supervision meetings
- Actively participate in safety training.
- Provide supervision and oversight to subordinate staff including behavior technicians.
- Maintain all required data and documentation.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- BCBA or Behavior Consultant must have expertise in behavioral assessment tools, Applied Behavior Analysis principles and procedures, development and implementation of behavior intervention plans and data collection systems.
- Must have strong positive, interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with patients, staff and families and possess highly effective oral and written communication skills.
- Must have the ability to analyze and interpret data, think creatively to solve problems, have highly effective time management and organizational skills and strong case management skills.
- Must have proficient computer skills.
- Must hold a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or Clinical Behavioral Psychology and be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
- Supervise less experienced BCBAs / BC, Behavior Technicians and students participating in practicum activities.
Salary : $76,000 - $85,000
