Customer Service Representative
Saint Paul, MN Contract to Hire $23-25 / hr
Konik is partnering with a local commercial printing and graphics company that is seeking to add a Customer Service Representative to their team.
Ideally, this individual also has some experience in estimating or creating quotes. A background in manufacturing or commercial printing and customer service would be a great fit in this role.
What you would be doing :
- Accurately enter 30-40 customer orders and submit paperwork to Production daily
- Review submitted data against work processed and ensure inventory is available for all new orders
- Answer incoming communication via email and / or phone calls and provide follow-up communication as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Create and provide estimates to customers
Customer Service / Data Entry Requirements :
- 1 years of Customer Service / Data Entry experience within a Manufacturing industry is required
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and written in a customer-focused environment as well as between departments
