Senior Quality Engineer Responsibilities:
- Implement and evaluate quality inspection, testing, and reliability methods.
- Conduct audits and lead root cause analyses to resolve quality issues.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and drive process improvements.
- Support new product launches with control plans, PFMEA, and capability studies.
- Develop quality controls to meet industry standards and customer needs.
- Drive continuous improvement and collaborate across manufacturing and engineering teams.
- Ensure adherence to quality systems, safety standards, and company policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Quality Engineering.
- 5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing quality engineering.
- Previous experience working within ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 environments
- Expertise in root cause analysis (e.g., Six Sigma, 8D) and statistical analysis.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Lean principles is a plus.
