Description
SUMMARY
This position will interface with all visitors and callers. A professional and exceptionally friendly demeanor is required to ensure we present a positive impression of the organization. Additionally, this position supports the internal customer by notifying individuals of visitors/deliveries and screening phone calls.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Greets and receives visitors, determines nature of visit, contacts appropriate personnel.

Answers multi-line phone system and route calls appropriately.

Fill the copiers, and printers with paper and ensures toner is full.

Coordinate with Sports Group Office Administrator for supply ordering.

Daily mail pick-up and delivery.

Special projects and assignments as business dictates.

Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPPA.

Courteous, cooperative, and efficient manner with visitors, callers, and company personnel.

Ability to use multi-line telephone system, routing calls promptly and accurately.

Able to successfully function within a fast-paced work environment.
