What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Executive position at Krodel and Company?
We are looking for experienced staffing salespeople for a large, national speciality staffing agency. Your role will be to generate new clients in the Medical Devices industry for the purpose of filling their internal contract and direct hire staffing needs. Any staffing sales experience will suffice. Unlike other staffing verticals in 2024, medical/healthcare has not seen a slowdown!
This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in office per week, but ideally you will be meeting with clients face to face, or taking them to lunches, golfing, sports games & attending networking meetings. Any professional activity that will lead to new client generation!
Base is DOE but typically falls in the 65k-75k range plus guaranteed commissions, bonuses and a very generous commission plan. Unlimited commissions so the sky is the limit! Some AE's make 500k plus at this firm. They offer excellent benefits, performers club trips with guests, opportunities for advancement. Very supportive leadership team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience with some staffing sales experience.
- We will also consider Medical Device sales or Pharmaceuticals sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
