We are currently seeking a Senior Advanced Mechanical Design Engineer (Piping Stress) This is a hybrid role.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform piping stress analysis using tools like CAESAR II.
- Review and approve stress packages and critical line lists.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards like ASME B31.3 and B31.1.
- Design and select spring supports, expansion joints, and other pipe support components.
- Resolve issues such as pipe loads on equipment nozzles and flange leakage analysis.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including designers and fabricators.
Key Skills/Experience:
- 7 years of piping stress analysis experience in industries like refining, petrochemical, or power generation.
- Proficiency with CAESAR II and knowledge of piping engineering principles.
- Familiarity with piping codes and standards such as ASME B31.3, B31.1, and EJMA.
- Experience with vibration analysis, seismic load calculations, and wind loading.
- Hands-on experience in field troubleshooting and site walk-downs.
Salary : $60 - $70
