Our clinics are growing and we are looking to add to our excellent team to help further grow our presence on eastside. Kucumber Skin Lounge is a premier Medical Spa looking for a self motivated sales consultant who has a passion for sales and patient care. We specialize in non-invasive medical spa services, such as Laser Hair Removal, Anti-Aging, Botox and Dermal Fillers, CoolSculpting and much more. We utilize number of State of The Art modalities to provide the best care and treatments for our guests, have very skillful and solid team in place and are looking to add Professional Treatment consultant who is able to provide Consultative Sales in person and Over the phone to new and existing patients. This position has a potential to lead into Management, however, it is not a requirement. If qualified, please submit your resume for immediate consideration. Clinic will have two sales professionals so we would expect this position to work great in the team environment.
Job description
- Consulting/selling with new and existing clients on services
- Cross selling and up selling patients into new services
- Hot and cold calls daily
- Networking and marketing to increase exposure of services to gain new clientele
- Attend events and tradeshows
- Work on a POS system to schedule appointments
- Perform opening and closing duties when needed
- Follow up on patient care
- Stay organized and thorough file documentation
- Team work is a must
- Work efficiently on your own and self motivated
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly goals
- Work in a high pressure environment
Job Experience required- 3 yrs of retail, sales or spa experience- background check - High school diploma- Flexible schedule- Microsoft and Excel fluent- Motivated by commission and bonuses
