Job Description
Busy Media, PA CPA Firm has an immediate opening for a senior accountant with a minimum of 5 years of recent accounting experience. This is a full time position with medical benefits and a Simple IRA Plan.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
*Bachelors Degree in Accounting
*5 Years recent accounting experience
*Strong written and verbal skills
*Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
*Ability to work independently
*Proficient in Word, Excel, QuickBooks and Outlook
*Experience with Thomson Reuters Ultra Tax a plus.
*Must be organized
*General knowledge of current tax regulations
RESPONSIBILITIES
*Meet with clients to gather necessary documentation
*Input data into QuickBooks, when necessary
*Preparation of bank reconciliations
*Preparation of journal entries
*Preparation of federal, state and local corporate, partnership, fiduciary, estate and individual taxes
*Preparation of sales and use tax
*Preparation of payroll taxes
