Electrical Administrator

Job Overview
Assists in the electrical department in the completion of manual and administrative tasks related to maintaining stocking levels and documentation for the electrical area to ensure jobs can be completed accurately and without delays.

Responsibilities

• Create or engrave new or for stock… Switch/Push Button, Placards
• Prints Spec Plates
• Update placard traveler and have a doc for each machine for kitting machines with placards
• Maintains Kanban’s of Electrical Consumables and Painted Parts
• Verify Accuracy of Electrical part Pulls for jobs, reports issues to leadership
• Assists with identifying and correcting BOM related issues
• Collects, copies and adds “Red” lined drawing to Jira
