Job Summary
Repack Personnel are responsible for inspecting, cleaning, and repacking product from damaged boxes to meet company standards, ensuring efficient use of inventory. They maintain a clean repack area, follow safety guidelines, and update the inventory system with repacked products, supporting overall warehouse operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Inspect, clean, and repackage products from damaged boxes into clean packaging to maximize inventory use.
- Stock repacked products onto pallets and returned them to the warehouse for further distribution.
- Follow Anheuser Busch guidelines for repacking products and ensure proper product rotation.
- Dispose of damaged or outdated products according to company standards.
- Work with the warehouse manager to update the inventory system with repacked products.
- Maintain a clean and organized repack area, ensuring proper supplies are available.
- Display Anheuser Busch standards in the repack area and complete required training.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and powered equipment safely when handling broken bottles.
- Dispose of outdated products and clean up spills and cardboard waste.
- Perform other assigned duties and assist in other warehouse areas as needed.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED is required, with prior warehouse experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills and basic math skills, with the ability to read and interpret documents in English.
- Willingness to follow safety protocols, complete required training, and pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
Physical Demands:

The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Exposure to frequent sitting. May have to lift up to 50 pounds.
