TITLE: South Florida Regional Manager
REPORTS TO: TBA
FLSA STATUS: Exempt
LOCATION: South Florida
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute Op Plan for Farms and Warehouse
- Over all aspects of warehouse operations
- Maximize warehouse throughput by recruiting other growers in the area
- Oversee and manage people, processes, and results for warehouse operations
- Develop and execute pre-season farm plans to match sales plan for contracted or programmed product
- Oversee farm production communication to sales
- Structured meetings with warehouse personnel and team
- Provide production information to the sales team that establishes the best in the industry
- Overall responsibility for food safety, workplace safety and HR compliance at location
- Makes final recommendations on warehouse equipment to management team
- Recruit outside growers and keep them informed of financials aspects of daily transactions as needed
- Consult on production with growers and perform grower development as needed
- Attend scheduled meetings with management team
