The Product Manager is a member of the Marketing Group, reporting to the Director of Marketing. - The Product Manager is responsible for product lifecycle management and realization of financial goals.
- Develops and implements marketing and selling strategies for new and existing brands and products.
- Provides product and brand input for development and implementation of advertising, promotion and public relations campaigns.
- Assists in training sales team on new and existing brand and product lines.
- Participates and leads product development projects from research, ideation and product concept to development and launch.
- Develops relationships with potential product suppliers, distributors, clinicians and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Initiates market research studies, analyzes their findings and integrates data into product management.
- Uses sales forecasting and/or strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.
- Champions new product development, and performs all the market and economic analysis related to new product development and/or modification to existing products.
- Prepares marketing plans, business reviews, budgets and forecasts. Collaborates cross-functionally with Marketing Group (US, International) and all other internal and external key stakeholders.
- Prepares and manages product line communications, content development and messaging; internal and external.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is required.
- 5 years experience as a Product Manager in medical device preferred-will train in compression therapy.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in the English language including the ability to relate and empathize with diverse customers including patients, therapists and medical professionals.
- Ability to organize, multi-task, plan and set priorities with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work independently and in team settings.
- Ability to exercise good judgment with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of the Company.
- Demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and situations.
- Ability to present ideas and concepts creatively, including using creativity when developing and branding of both marketing and promotional materials.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize between various tasks as they arise.

- Intermediate computer and word processing skills, in particular Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and CRM, ERP, Web, social media and digital marketing tools, SEO/SEM.
