Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, making beds, cleaning bathrooms and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness in commercial spaces, ensuring high standards of hygiene.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in special projects or deep cleaning tasks as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with various cleaning products and equipment used in the industry.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
