JOIN OUR TEAM!
Our 96 room hotel in the heart of the Duluth Shopping District is hiring Guest Experience Makers to serve as the face of our property! We’re looking for friendly, outgoing individuals responsible for operating the hotel's front desk systems and performing all duties in accordance with Company standards for quality, cleanliness, guest satisfaction, safety, and security.
Previous experience in the service industry is preferred but not required. Employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel.
Position duties:
- Welcome guests in a friendly, prompt and professional manner.
- Process all transactions in accordance with established procedures including but not limited to checking guests in/out, booking reservations, providing rates and availability, and cash handling.
- Answer phones in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Respond to guest issues and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
- Provide information on hotel services and policies, tourist attractions, and directions.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
