Primary Responsibilities:
- Help manage sales staff, interior designer, and support staff to exceed daily and monthly goals
- Lead and drive an award-winning sales team of champions
- Assist Store Manager and Interior Designer in executing interior design and sales strategies
- Promote and develop In-Home Design Program
- Ensure adherence to all company policies
- Communicate company mission statement, goals, and strategies to the entire staff
- Coordinate office scheduling
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Degree in business or design-related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred, Associate degree acceptable)
- 2 years of successful professional experience
- Previous “BIG TICKET” sales management experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer service experience
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to see well enough to read printed materials, computer screens, and across the gallery
- Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with other employees
- Must be able to sit, stand, and move around the gallery and occasionally walk briskly
- Must be able to kneel to pick up items from the ground
- Must be able to move furniture lifting up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to type and hold a tablet
Other Requirements:
- Self-motivated and willing to take initiative
- Achieve $20,000.00 a month in sales, with 40% coming from In home design
- Drive company vision and growth
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding dress code, in-home presentations, installs and work schedules, etc.
- Maintain current knowledge of new styles, color, technology, and products
