We are looking for compassionate therapists who are well-versed in trauma-informed care and have a strong commitment to supporting youth and their families.
Job Summary
Coordinate the efforts of a multidisciplinary in-home treatment team to create and execute comprehensive treatment plans for children and their families.
Essential Duties
Education/Training: Master's degree in social work or counseling, emphasizing child, adolescent, and family therapy. License required.
Skills: Demonstrable knowledge of normal and pathological child and adolescent development behavior. A proven ability to work with children and adolescents and their families. A demonstrable ability to guide and direct the treatment efforts of a multidisciplinary team toward a common treatment goal. Ability to manage a flexible schedule. Willingness to travel and some evening hours required.
Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and proof of 100,000/300,000 Bodily Injury Auto Liability Insurance and 100,000 Property Damage Auto Liability Insurance.

- - Provide in-home family and individual therapy to families based on the treatment plan.
- - Act as an advocate for the family.
- - Respond quickly and effectively to crises.
- - Document clinical activities and case progress in a timely, thorough, and straightforward manner.
- - Present cases effectively in court, with staff, and at other meetings as needed.
- - Communicate clinical and other information about the family to team members, purchasers, and consultants effectively.
- - Complete discharge summaries promptly that clearly describe the course of treatment.
- - Maintain knowledge of community resources and access them when necessary.
- - Perform other duties as required.
