The Position:
Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and fostering a love for learning? LADACIN Network’s Give & Take Child Care, a dedicated non-profit, fully inclusive, childcare center in Wanamassa, New Jersey, is seeking an inspiring Head Teacher to lead our childcare team and make a difference in the lives of children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement state approved engaging, age-appropriate Creative Curriculum.
- Foster a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment for children.
- Mentor and support teaching staff, promoting a culture of teamwork.
- Communicate effectively with families, building strong partnerships to support each child’s development.
- Teamwork and collaboration with agency taught leaders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field such as: education, psychology, health care, nursing or any other field related to child growth and teaching (required).
- Two or more years of proven experience in a childcare or educational setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, technological and organizational skills.
- Passion for working with children and a commitment to their growth.
The Location:
LADACIN is based in Monmouth and Ocean counties. Our locations are in beautiful natural surroundings. This location is in Monmouth County.
