Summary
As a Hall Monitor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of students within the school premises. Utilizing core skills in experience with children, childcare, and communication, you will effectively manage student behavior and promote a positive learning environment. Your premium skills in first aid and conflict management will be essential in handling any emergencies or challenging situations that may arise. With relevant skills in classroom experience and teaching, you will contribute to the overall educational experience of students. Responsibilities
- Supervise students in various areas of the school to ensure safety and orderliness.
- Utilize communication skills to interact with students, staff, and parents effectively.
- Manage student behavior using established strategies and techniques.
- Implement first aid when necessary and ensure the well-being of students.
- Collaborate with teachers to support classroom activities and educational goals.

Qualifications
- Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and parents
- Ability to manage student behavior in a positive and supportive manner
- First aid certification preferred
- Conflict management skills to handle challenging situations calmly
- Classroom experience or teaching background is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.75 per hour
