Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Entry Level Sales Specialist. In this role, you will build customer relationships, guide clients through the car-buying process, and represent our dealership with professionalism and enthusiasm.

This full-time position offers a base pay plus commission, providing great earning potential for driven individuals.

Compensation & Benefits

• Earning Potential: $2,500 to $6,500 per month (base pay commission).

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Greet customers on the lot and build relationships to understand their needs.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest vehicle models, features, and options to provide valuable insights to customers.
• Sales Process: Respond to customer inquiries, provide vehicle information, and guide clients through the car-buying journey.
• CRM Management: Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Lead Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with leads and build lasting customer relationships.
• Team Collaboration: Work with the team to meet and exceed dealership sales goals.
