Key Responsibilities:
- Set personal goals aligned with dealership productivity standards and create strategies to achieve them
- Maintain product knowledge on incoming inventory, vehicle features, and accessories, ensuring you can clearly explain their benefits to customers
- Prospect daily for new potential customers and maintain relationships with previously sold clients
- Assist customers in finding the vehicle that best suits their needs and walk them through the purchasing process
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Work with the team to meet dealership sales goals and exceed customer expectations
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required—we provide training!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented and driven to succeed
- Team player who thrives in a supportive, family-first culture
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license
