Employment Type: Full-time (5-day work week)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set personal goals aligned with dealership productivity standards and create strategies to achieve them
  • Maintain product knowledge on incoming inventory, vehicle features, and accessories, ensuring you can clearly explain their benefits to customers
  • Prospect daily for new potential customers and maintain relationships with previously sold clients
  • Assist customers in finding the vehicle that best suits their needs and walk them through the purchasing process
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Work with the team to meet dealership sales goals and exceed customer expectations

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required—we provide training!
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented and driven to succeed
  • Team player who thrives in a supportive, family-first culture
  • Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license
