Position Overview:
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturdays
- Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000 annually, plus commission
- Location: Ford and Mazda team at Laird Noller Companies
Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Greet customers and schedule service appointments.
- Documentation: Record customer vehicle concerns and write detailed repair orders, describing problems and necessary repairs.
- Communication: Translate customer repair concerns to technicians and ensure clear communication between both parties.
- Customer Explanation: Explain the repairs to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
- Cost and Time Estimation: Estimate the cost and time required for repairs.
- Sales: Sell necessary parts and services to customers.
- Customer Service: Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Repair Orders: Close repair orders after work is completed.
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a strong focus on achieving 5-star customer satisfaction ratings.
