What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Dietitian position at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital?
Plans, coordinates, and implements nutritional care to patients according to physicians diagnosis.
Assist with screening admitted patients to identify nutritional risks and perform guidance and education to maximize health and wellness.
Minimum Work Experience
Experience in hospital dietitian role preferred.
Required Licenses
- Registered dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Licensed dietitian with the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Language Skills: Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
