Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities:

· Evaluate a patient`s needs, medical history, and ability.

· Develop tailored treatment plans to help patients meet their goal

· Follow patient progress and modify treatment plan as needed

· Suggest tools to help patients engage in activities safely

· Train patients on how to use customized equipment and perform daily tasks

· Collaborate with families and professionals to ensure treatment plans are effective and client centered.

· Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions.

· Attend meetings and provide reports as needed
