As Event Space Supervisor
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the Champions Center event space during events
- Lead, coach and inspire court attendants (1-3 per shift)
- Collaborate with Event Flow Supervisor to assist in immediate and emergency situations
- Serve as court attendant during low-volume events or slow periods during events
- Report incidents, accidents, and damage to Event Execution Manager/Manager on Duty
- Respond to spills
- Regularly inspect and empty trash cans
- Serve as venue MoD during low volume events
As Event Flow Supervisor
- Responsible for the efficient flow of guests in and out of the Champions Center
- Ensure efficient operation of ticketing/gate operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Verify and be aware of gate times
- Ensure ticketing operation is set up in advance of gates opening, including directional signage
- Supervise loss prevention team
- Greet guests and complete ticketing transactions
- Ensure cleanliness of pre-event space
- Enforce parking plan
- Lead, coach, and inspire team members in gate and parking operations
- Report incidents, accidents, and damage to Event Execution Manager/Manager on Duty
- Enforce venue policies (no outside food & drink, etc.)
- Provide directions and information to guests as needed
- Serve as venue MoD during low volume events
- Loss prevention team - supervise
