Description

Lakes Region Community Services is currently accepting applications for a part-time childcare assistant to join our team in the Family Resource Center. The childcare assistant will be responsible for supervising, providing assistance, and ensuring the health and safety of children ages 1-15. 

Essential Job functions include: 

• Maintaining accurate attendance records and any other required documentation
• Meal preparation, set-up, and clean up
• General cleaning and sanitizing of childcare environment and materials
• Work collaboratively with other staff members and families
• Report health and safety concerns regarding children in care to direct supervisor in a timely fashion
• Provide resource information to families as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

Candidates must have a valid NH drivers' license, automobile insurance, the ability to drive during daytime and evening hours, must be willing to use a personal vehicle for job purposes, a working telephone, willing to be flexible, able to fulfil the functions of the job with minimum supervision, and able to work effectively with a wide variety of people.
