The Director of Programming oversees a range of departments by leading a dedicated team of creative and dedicated programmers. With a focus on revenue driving programming we look to fulfill our mission of enhancing our member's quality of life by creating a vibrant community offering ever improving hospitality and quality programming.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee the team of programmers. Supporting with one on one meetings and driving department revenue

• Departments include, but are not limited to Aquatics (lessons, swim team, and member swim), Camp, Childcare, Playschool, Elementary and Middle School After School Programming, Basketball, Dance, Birthday Parties, and Special Events. Supporting the managers of departments to help them reach their goals and build on new goals.

• Help develop and execute high quality programs. With a keen awareness for high level customer service and hospitality. 

• Meet revenue targets as they relate to each department.

• Review weekly revenue with the ability to pivot programs based on enrollment and feedback.

• Support the team in marketing events to drive enrollment.

• Hiring and elevating team members.

Requirements: 

• Previous experience in Management

• Previous club programming experience encouraged
