LSF is looking for a Member Services Director to join our Leadership Team! Responsibilities include hiring, training and managing the front desk team, responding to member inquiries and helping to connect them to the right department, daily club walkthrough for member readiness, and developing and executing club operations systems and initiatives. The successful candidate will take on a key leadership role in a dynamic and fast-paced hospitality company. The role provides an opportunity to grow and develop in an organization with a mission that has real positive social impact, in addition to aggressive business goals.
