Server/Bartender/Host

Overview
We are seeking for dynamic and enthusiastic talent to join our team in a newly opended restaurant. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience. Duties

• Greet and seat guests promptly while ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the Toast POS system.
• Provide detailed menu information and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
• Handle cash register transactions, including processing payments and managing cash flow.
• Assist with food handling and service during busy periods, including banquets or special events.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain quality standards.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and common areas.
• Support team members by helping with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with cash registers and point-of-sale systems, particularly Toast POS is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required.
• Knowledge of food handling procedures is beneficial for maintaining health standards.
• A team-oriented attitude with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $100.00 - $250.00 per day

Expected hours: 6.5 – 30 per week
