WHAT WE DO:

• Ornamental landscape maintenance & installation of plants & materials (mulch, rock, boulders, edging, etc)
• Small to mid-scale hardscape installation
• Buried downspouts and small-scale drainage
• Seasonal Container planting
• Holiday lighting & decorating

WHAT WE DON'T DO:

• Mowing / lawncare
• Snow removal
• Large scale hardscape and construction projects

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

We are happy to train the right person with a great work ethic and attitude even if you don't have all of the skills or experience below!

CREW POSITIONS:

• Any prior landscaping experience
• Any Interest or experience in horticulture
• Clean MVR and valid drivers license
• Experienced with or able to learn to drive and back up a large pick-up truck with trailer
• Able to work outside in all weather conditions
• Able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
• Energetic, motivated & friendly personality with great customer service skills
• Dependable and on time
• Self-starter, able to work independently or with a team
• Detail orientated

TEAM LEAD POSITION:

Our landscape Team Leads must meet all requirements of crew members above, PLUS have the following qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years professional landscaping experience
• Clean MVR and valid drivers license
• Experience driving and backing pick-up truck with trailer
• Good plant ID and ornamental landscape maintenance & installation knowledge
• Any experience applying landscape chemicals (herbicides, pesticides, etc)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to effectively lead, train, motivate and mentor other staff members
• Have or be able to obtain a Nebraska Commercial Pesticide License (company will provide details upon hire)
• Have or be able to obtain Basic First Aid / CPR Certification (company will provide details upon hire)

• OFFICE / SHOP ASSISTANT:
• Must have your own, reliable transportation
• Dependable and on time
• Use own car to run company errands (mileage will be paid)
• Able to lift & carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Able to work outside in all weather conditions
• Strong organizational skills & detailed oriented
• Independent and self-starter
• Positive and friendly attitude
• Any office skills (filing, typing, computer, etc.)

ALL POSITIONS:

• Background check required pending hire
• Must be 18 yrs or older (required by insurance)
• Valid drivers license / clean MVR
• Pay based on position and incoming relevant experience
