Business Systems Analyst

Company Overview:

A leading organization in the technology sector is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join their Project Management Team. This role will focus on analyzing and optimizing business systems to enhance operational efficiency and align with business goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between functional teams and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
• Analyze business processes and workflows to understand business needs and collect detailed requirements.
• Evaluate existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Work with Technology teams to design, develop, and implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Provide support during the rollout and implementation of new systems/solutions, including training and documentation.
• Oversee the testing and implementation of new systems/solutions, including user training.
• Assist in managing the project management activities, including timelines, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
• Support the development of project reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of business processes, systems analysis, and project management.
• Experience with system implementation and support.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques is a plus.
