We are looking for an exceptional sales representative to join our team and help drive significant growth in our Life Science cold chain services. This position will play a crucial role on the sales team by rapidly scaling our growing platform in this underserved market by leveraging Langham’s state-of-the-art network of cGMP facilities and extensive experience in cold chain transportation services. This position will help us in developing and executing new business with existing and new customers leveraging our growing portfolio of facilities and deep 3PL experience.
Key Outcomes
Meet sales targets by effectively managing a pipeline and tracking key metrics. Regularly report on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to refine Langham’s business strategies.
- Business Development : Proactively seek and secure new business within the life sciences sector, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and medical devices. Identify high-potential prospects, establish connections, and convert leads into long-term clients to expand Langham’s footprint.
- Strategic Partnerships : Develop deep relationships with clients by understanding their specific supply chain and regulatory needs. Position Langham as a strategic partner that provides specialized, reliable solutions for complex, time-sensitive logistics in life sciences.
- Solution-Oriented Selling : Partner closely with Langham’s operational teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions. Focus on services like temperature-controlled shipments, regulatory-compliant handling, and technology integration that provide end-to-end visibility.
- Industry Expertise and Consultation : Stay informed on industry regulations, FDA and GMP requirements, and evolving logistics practices. Use this expertise to consult with clients, offering insights that enhance Langham’s value and build trust.

Must be able to work in an office environment, and travel to support sales strategy. Work is performed in an office environment, with some exposure to the warehouse environment for client tours, etc.
