Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling properties by providing expert guidance throughout the process.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about property values, market trends, and neighborhood dynamics.
- Prepare and present property listings, including detailed descriptions and marketing materials.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients while adhering to Fair Housing regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions through effective administrative practices.
- Manage property showings, open houses, and client meetings to ensure a seamless experience.
- Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all transactions.
Qualifications
- Proven knowledge of real estate law and Fair Housing regulations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Experience in property management is desirable but not mandatory.
- A solid understanding of sales techniques and customer service principles.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A valid real estate license is required.
