Our impact: To date, we have abated over 300,000 tons of carbon dioxide (the equivalent amount of CO2 needed to charge 30,346,895,586 smartphones) across four commercial plants, and will soon have the capacity to abate 500,000 tons annually with our additional future plants.
With dozens more projects in the pipeline, we are helping global companies like Zara, H&M Move, Coty, and On use recycled carbon to make sustainable consumer products from carbon that would otherwise be emitted from heavy industries such as steel making.

Commercial Law Group Intern
Key Responsibilities
- Legal Research:
- Conduct legal research on various legal topics (including employment), regulatory issues, and industry-specific legal trends.
- Prepare detailed reports and memoranda to support the legal team.
- Compliance:
- Support the development and maintenance of compliance programs and policies.
- Assist with internal audits and compliance reviews.
- Document Preparation:
- Prepare and organize legal documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Aid in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

- Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Operations, and Finance, to support corporate and commercial initiatives.
- Currently pursuing a Juris Doctor (JD) degree with completion of the first year of studies.
- Strong academic performance and a demonstrated interest in commercial law, corporate law, regulatory compliance, or related fields.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience in a legal setting or with document management systems is a plus but not required.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- 5-days a week on-site, 12-week internship program
- Program dates:
- May 26, 2025 - August 15, 2025
- June 23, 2025 – September 12, 2025
