Weekend Breakfast Attendant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a pleasant dining experience by providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized breakfast area. This is a paid position.

Duties:
- Set up the breakfast area before guests arrive, including arranging tables, chairs, and food displays
- Greet guests warmly and assist with any inquiries or special requests
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the breakfast area, including wiping tables, replenishing condiments, and cleaning spills
- Monitor food levels and restock items as needed
- Prepare and serve beverages such as coffee, tea, and juice
- Clear tables and clean dishes promptly
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a banquet or restaurant setting is preferred
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and food handling procedures is desirable
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting trays, bending, and standing for extended periods of time
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work early morning shifts
