Responsibilities
Work under one of our experienced technicians to learn glass replacement and collision tear down and repairs
- Learn process of glass replacement, windshields, door glass, and rear glass on all types of vehicles
- Learn scan and calibration process
- Detail vehicles coming out of repair process for customer delivery
Road test vehicles when necessary to ensure quality repair
Maintain current knowledge of job and technical skills including automotive manufacturer’s repair process
Perform work as outlined on repair estimates with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards
- Perform duties in repair and refinish shops to help maintain clean and efficient work area
- Be willing to help technicians with body repairs and tear down process when needed
- Help maintain clean and safe work environment
Qualifications
Willing to learn and understand instructions
Be able to start manufacture training, and complete
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Basic Tools are preferred
