Position Overview:

We are seeking a General Foreman to lead industrial insulation and metalwork projects across the U.S. This role is responsible for managing worksite crews, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget, enforcing safety standards, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with field experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to track materials and labor using construction management software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Crew Supervision & Leadership: Direct and coordinate worksite crews to ensure efficient and high-quality execution of industrial insulation and metalwork projects.
• Project Execution: Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to client specifications.
• Safety Enforcement: Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations, fostering a culture of safety among crew members.
• Client Relations: Serve as the on-site point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns professionally.
• Material & Labor Tracking: Use construction management software to log hours, track material usage, and report payroll information.
• Travel: Must be willing to travel nationwide for projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in industrial insulation and/or metalwork.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to effectively manage crews and job sites.
• Basic computer proficiency to track materials and payroll hours through construction management software.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and pass pre-employment screenings.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
