Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and oversee industrial insulation and scaffolding projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects in the industrial sector, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to drive project success while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for mechanical insulation, scaffolding, and related industrial services. Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.
- Team Leadership:Assemble and oversee project teams, providing direction and support to ensure productivity and safety. Collaborate with field supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all work is performed in compliance with industry safety standards and regulations. Promote a strong safety culture across all projects.
- Client & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing project updates and addressing concerns. Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project expenses, track financial performance, and implement cost-saving measures as needed. Ensure projects remain within budget while maintaining quality.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all installations meet industry and client standards, conducting inspections and implementing quality control measures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in industrial insulation, scaffolding, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of industrial construction processes and project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements in industrial settings.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve effectively.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- OSHA 30 certification and/or PMP certification is a plus.

Pay: $72,995.00 - $120,372.00 per year
