Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, motivated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various areas of law, including Estate Planning, Real Estate and related areas.
Duties
- Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and electronic documents.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
- Draft documents and letters.
- Ability to effectively handle clients in person and on the telephone.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role; experience in Estate Planning, or Administration is preferred.
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities to maintain accurate records.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Pay based on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
