Who You Are
Fast-paced law firm financial department is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual with the skills and knowledge to handle A/R, A/P, Reconciliations, and Real Estate Wire Transactions and other administrative work.
Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years’ experience in law firm accounting; ability to work independently, and as a part of a dynamic team.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities and duties:
- Process real estate wire transactions
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements
- General administrative tasks
What You Bring
Bookkeeper Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proficiency using legal accounting software (Clio is a plus), QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Execution and development of internal controls
