Larson-Danielson’s ability to successfully offer a conscientious turnkey solution to clients in the Design-Build arena, as well a performing General Contracting, operating as a Construction Manager and self-performing many trade packages, distinguishes Larson-Danielson as a versatile and adaptive company. Because of this versatility, Larson-Danielson continues to experience growth and an immediate opening for an experienced, Project Manager for our Facility Services Group division.
Reporting: This person will report to the FSG Division Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Construction Teams of Various Sizes
- Estimate construction projects and change orders
- Create, monitor and proactively keep projects on budget
Desired Skills Experience and Personal Characteristics
- Estimating experience
- Strong computer skills
- Schedule experience
- Ability to interact with owners with varying knowledge of the building process and walk them through the design process
- A team player
- Must be able to handle multiple concurrent projects and work independently with minimal supervision
- A strong sense of value in making design decisions
- Have a well-rounded knowledge of construction
- Availability to work 50 hours per week on a regular basis
