The Associate Counsel - Compliance will be responsible for:
- Implementing and managing Compliance Programs related to the pharmaceutical industry, while interacting with the Compliance Center of Experience, and advising on Compliance Risk Management and Training.
- Support the business by providing advice regarding product launches and ensuring compliance with related laws and regulations.
- Work closely with the business to ensure that the company's compliance policies and procedures and strategic direction are up-to-date and aligned with current regulations.
The Associate Counsel - Compliance should have the following qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) or Masters of Law (LLM) with 3 years of experience.
- Significant experience within the Pharmaceutical industry, dealing with key Legal and Compliance programs and frameworks.
- In depth experience advising on Healthcare Laws and Regulations within the life sciences industry.
