The Compliance Supervisor provides direct assistance to the Program Manager for the daily operations and oversight of the program Stages for Success. This role ensures regulatory compliance with the Stages for Success grant policy and procedures. The compliance supervisor will ensure that employees are compliant with their duties and responsibilities. Manages daily timekeeping and oversees team’s day-to-day activities. This role reports directly to the Stages for Success Program Manager.

Work closely with the program manager to ensure the following:
- Support Program Managers with day-to-day operations/ office management.
- Support in DIVVY Transactions, monthly laundry funds, scheduling Ubers, and managing smart trip cards.
- Support Program manager with certain reports: employee training certificates, pest control logs, fire drills etc.
- Keep track of annual training hours for each person (40 by the end of the year).
- Keep track of required trainings for all employees
- Responsible for correct data entry of the team.
- Review notes in HMIS and ETO to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
- Meet with case managers to review notes/ answer data related questions.
- Remind case managers when certain documents are coming due (case plans, etc.).
- Review physical binders for accuracy.
- Conduct regular internal audits and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance of the program.
- Ensure all data and files are up to date to be prepared for audits.
- Conduct monthly fire drills.
- Assist with training new staff.
- Create written procedures/ training plans and implement new ideas.
- Mediate feedback between case managers and management.
- Review life skills attendance monthly for each client and give rule violations when necessary.
- Oversee life skills: make sure flyer goes out a week ahead of time, they have the supplies they need and a plan for food/ talking points.
- Take notes during our group meetings.
- Remind case managers of action items with deadlines.
- Remind team of reoccurring dates: bilingual tracker, youth spreadsheet, training certificates, timesheets, etc.
- Remind team of on call schedule and life skills schedule.
- Maintain calendars: package pick up, on call, life skills, work from home, trainings, etc.
- Organize and maintain SharePoint with all team documents.
- Manage the site when the program manager is absent or unavailable.
- Be Present in the office when Program Manager is out of the office.
- Performs other activities as assigned.
- Adheres to all LAYC personnel policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, social work, psychology, sociology, counseling, or related service/science disciplines.
- Minimum one year of experience working with at-risk youth.
- Experience in managing crisis situations.
- Experience in leadership roles.
- Experience in supervising a team.
- Ability and desire to maintain a flexible schedule (including late nights and weekends).
- Bilingual: English and Spanish required.
- Flexible, energetic, positive individual with commitment to youth development in a high quality, respectful environment.
- Ability to work well and communicate with culturally diverse populations.
- Knowledge of case management, monitoring, and reporting.
- Ability to translate Positive Youth Development techniques into practice.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Excellent oral and written skills.
- Proficient computer skills, experience with ETO or other data collection system a plus.
- Knowledge of HMIS database
- Complete criminal and child abuse/neglect clearances.
