Key Responsibilities:

- Handle probate and trust administration, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and clients’ wishes.
- Provide guidance on tax planning, asset protection, and charitable giving within the scope of estate planning.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law.
- 3 years of experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration.
