Our Client is seeking an Immigration Attorney to join their established law firm in Camden, NJ. The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in U.S. immigration law and a passion for helping clients navigate complex immigration processes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel and representation to clients seeking visas, green cards, citizenship, and asylum
- Prepare and file immigration petitions, applications, and appeals
- Attend hearings and represent clients before USCIS, the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), and other adjudicating bodies
- Stay abreast of the latest changes in immigration laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- License to practice law in good standing in the state of New Jersey.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in U.S. immigration law
- Bilingual - Spanish is a plus.
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
