Key Responsibilities
- Engage New Leads: Convert potential customers into Lawn Doctor clients by understanding their needs and recommending tailored services.
- Enhance Customer Programs: Collaborate with existing customers to identify opportunities to add additional services to their programs.
- Promote Quality Service: Maintain a strong focus on delivering excellent service and addressing customer concerns proactively.
- Retain and Win Back Customers: Conduct proactive follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and re-engage former clients.
- Knowledge Building: Develop expertise in Lawn Doctor’s services, products, and solutions to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Sales Growth: Implement strategies to grow territory revenue through consultative sales approaches and cross-selling Custom Care solutions.
- Community Engagement: Represent Lawn Doctor at local networking events, home shows, and other community engagements.
- Sales Operations: Accurately document sales activities, maintain records, and complete sales campaigns assigned by the management team.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Skills: Strong work ethic, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience:
- Experience in sales and lawn care is desired.
- Familiarity with plants, products, and insects is a plus.
- Background in agronomy is highly valued.
- Other Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation to work.
- Good attendance record.
