Position: Lawnscape Foreman

Job Description:

The Lawnscape Foreman is a crucial role within our landscaping company, responsible for overseeing and managing a team of lawn care professionals. As a Lawnscape Foreman, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of all lawn maintenance and landscaping projects, while also providing leadership and support to your team.

Background Information: Our landscaping company is dedicated to providing top-notch lawn care services to our clients. We offer a wide range of services, including lawn mowing, trimming, fertilization, and landscaping design. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Lawnscape Foreman to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage a team of lawn care professionals, delegating tasks and effectively utilizing resources to complete projects efficiently and on time.
- Train and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their skills and performance meet our company's standards.
- Perform quality control checks on all projects, ensuring that work meets our company's high standards and client expectations.
- Maintain and operate lawn care equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and safety protocols are followed.
- Communicate with clients and address any concerns or questions they may have regarding their lawn care services.
- Keep accurate records of time and materials used for each project to ensure accurate billing and budget management.
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 years of experience in lawn care and landscaping.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of lawn care techniques, equipment, and materials.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
